Herbert, Rowland & Grubic, Inc. (HRG) is an employee-owned, nationally ranked design firm providing civil engineering, surveying, and environmental services to the private and public sectors.


We are actively seeking a Water & Wastewater Project Manager to join our dedicated group of professionals in Morgantown, WV.  As a Water & Wastewater Project Manager, you are responsible for:


  • Managing environmental water/Wastewater Projects
  • Preparing project designs and reports
  • Preparing and administering construction contracts
  • Managing financial resources and project profitability
  • Managing staff members
  • Completing project permitting requirements
  • Client relationship management and business development activities
  • Communicating with other HRG staff as needed to ensure projects are completed timely and on budget
  • Providing project review, QA/QC and compliance to client specific requirements 


Requirements

 

  • Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering with environmental emphasis
  • West Virginia P.E. licensure, or ability to obtain license reciprocity
  • Minimum 5 years project experience involving:

  Design of water distribution and treatment systems

  Wastewater collection, conveyance, and treatment systems and processes

  Hydraulics

  On lot systems

  Environmental assessments

  • Minimum 1-4 years project management experience:

Ability to provide timely project deliverables

Develop and maintain excellent client satisfaction

  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Previous experience with: 

Computer modeling of water systems

Hydraulic design software

WV DEP regulations

  • Holds a valid Driver's License to travel to job sites, meetings, and other offices
  • Has the legal right to work in the U.S.
