CONSULTING SERVICES & SITE ASSESSMENTS

system’s health, efficiency, and safety, as well as recommendations on how to expand
your water system’s potential. Additionally, we assess your Legionella risk and
devise a customized plan that maximizes your compliance and risk mitigation.
Job description
We are currently hiring a full-time Water Treatment Specialist to perform testing and treatment in various buildings.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot water related equipment.
- Calibrate field test and control equipment.
- Chemical inventory of management.
- Perform water sampling/testing – Titrations/Hach DR900/Myron L Utlrameter/ PTSA.(Boiler, Closed Loop, Cooling Tower, RO, Softener, drinking water systems)
- Conduct business reviews & perform account management
- Providing technical support and training to clients and escalating when needed.
- Manage and organize calendar to conduct weekly/monthly/quarterly visits at customer sites.
- Input data into IWC Innovations service reporting software to provide detailed reports to site personnel.
- Communicate with all levels of site personnel as the first point of contact for IWCInnovations.
- Interact with site personnel in various departments to sell and support IWC Innovations Water Treatment products and service line.
- Obtain ASSE 12080 Certification within 1 year of hire date. (Paid for by IWCInnovations)
- Assist in Water Management Plans/ Legionella Sampling/Remediations
- Assist with site assessments/new customer startup
- Typically requires in state travel up to 70% of the time and out of state travelup to 30% of the time
Minimum Qualifications
- Company is based in Indianapolis but this position is 100% remote field work
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- High school diploma or equivalent
Qualification Requirements:
- Experience in Water Treatment required
- Previous Water Treatment or Chemical Industry Experience
- Experience with Google Suite/Microsoft Office Suite
- Demonstrated Mechanical, Electrical, or Plumbing aptitude
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong qualitative and quantitative skills
- Enthusiasm and passion for solving customer needs
- Willingness to learn and grow in fast paced company
- Ability to multitask
- Self-starter
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to maneuver pails and drums of chemical
- Ability to perform work while mobile in the field.
- Must be able to lift more than 50 pounds for short periods of time and regularly below 50 pounds. Must be able to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, reach. Must be comfortable with confined spaces and environments that are loud and unconditioned.
- Ability to meet customer requirements for security and safety.
- Ability to perform routine chemistry titration and colorimetric tests.
- Extended hours and flexible work schedule depending on project and customer needs.
