Water & Mold Remediation Technician

All Dry Services of The Jersey Shore is seeking a Water & Mold Remediation Technician who can manage and perform all assigned jobs from start to completion. Must be able to provide All Dry level of customer service including but not limited to: going over the job scope with the home owner, explaining the reasons why we are doing what we are doing, going over time table with the home owner, etc. Common math skills will be taught in training such as square foot calculations, linear foot calculations, etc. This is a great opportunity for someone that wants to start with a positive and fast-­‐growing company and is looking for a long-­‐term growth opportunity!

Job Overview

•Exceptional Customer Service required & the ability to communicate clearly

•Approve weekly time cards

•Field Customer Calls

•Understanding of on-­‐call for emergencies, when assigned (overtime paid)

•Must be capable of lifting over 50 lbs

•Pre -­‐Job truck prep/ Keep a clean truck

•Perform on water or Mold Remediation based on assigned job

•Basic light demolition and clean-­‐up, as needed

•Clean equipment

•Keep uniform clean & Maintain Professionalism at all times

•Ensure all job paperwork is completed on time in our software

•Must pass background and DMV check

•Recent restoration mitigation experience a big plus (not required)

•Current IICRC Certifications a big plus (not required)

•No prior experience is needed. We will train you!

Job Type: FulltTime – Water & Mold Remediation Technician

Pay type: Hourly Hourly rate: $18 to $28

PTO, Plenty of overtime, bonus structure and opportunity for advancement

Estimated yearly compensation: $37,440 to $58,240

Schedule: Mon to Fri: 40 hours 9 to 5, plus On Call availability for emergencies

Drivers License Required – Clean record preferred
