Responsibilities:

Respond promptly to water damage emergencies and on-call rotations.

Conduct thorough assessments to identify damage sources and evaluate intrusion extent.

Implement Water Mitigation techniques using specialized equipment for efficient drying.

Utilize MICA software for documenting procedures, actions, and equipment usage.

Collaborate with team members, insurance reps, and clients for effective mitigation plans.

Ensure accurate documentation with a detail-oriented mindset.

Liaise with insurance company representatives for smooth communication and project updates.

Adhere to industry best practices, safety protocols, and guidelines for secure projects.

Assist in post-mitigation cleaning and restoration tasks for original condition restoration.

Qualifications:

Experienced Water Mitigation Technician

Proficient in MICA software and insurance protocols

Expert in water damage mitigation techniques and equipment

Strong communication skills with insurance reps, clients, and team

Detail-oriented with accurate documentation

Physically capable for heavy equipment

Available for on-call rotations and flexible hours

IICRC WRT certification a plus

Valid driver's license with a clean record
