Skills: Technical expertise in Water Damage restoration, fire damage restoration, mold remediation, and biohazard cleanup. Proficiency in using equipment and applying best practices.
Attributes: Strong work ethic, attention to detail, ability to reprioritize, sense of urgency, problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and customer service.
Responsibilities: Project management, proactive team leader, quality assurance, client communication (including insurance adjusters), documentation, and continuous improvement.
