Plummer is seeking a Water and Energy Efficiency Auditor who will support our growing demand for Water, Irrigation, and Energy Efficiency Audits and provide support for Energy Consumption Modeling Services.
Responsibilities
- Perform Water Efficiency Opportunity Surveys to promote water conservation, predominately in the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex (some additional travel will be required). Coordinate with site management, measuring flow rates and uses of water at the site. Enter and compile data from surveys into reports.
- Support reporting work for all team members.
- Conduct Irrigation Audits.
- Conduct Energy Consumption Surveys.
- Assists with draft audit reports containing the results of the water efficiency analysis and recommendations for improved water usage efficiency.
- Pursue certifications in irrigation, energy consumption, green building initiatives, etc…
- Collect data and input energy, water, and tax rates.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Experience and Qualifications
At least two years of on-site construction, skilled trades, irrigation installer, or construction inspections experience required, three to five years of general professional work experience preferred.
- A drive to learn and master new technologies and techniques.
- A strong work ethic, willingness to attack problems, and work through dynamic situations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for coordinating across teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, Power point, Outlook, Sharepoint, Teams).
- Strong interpersonal communication skills and customer service experience.
- Spanish speaking is a plus.
- Possess a Valid Driver’s License.
