Watch Officer - Shengjin, Albania (Secret Clearance)

Advanced C4 Solutions an entity of Hui Huliau is seeking a Watch Coordinator to support a team in Shengjin, Albania.

The Watch Officer Coordinates transportation for travelers, assists in updating DS forms requested by Embassy Tirana, conducts routine quality inspection of food services, and coordinates medical appointments and documentation. The Watch Officer also prepares initial life support kits for incoming travelers and refills. The duties of a Watch Officer also include community engagement., room inspections, and routine follow-ups on travelers' health and safety.

Duties/ Responsibilities:

• Coordinates transportation for travelers
• Assists travelers in updating DS forms requested by Embassy Tirana
• Conducts quality inspection of food services.
• Coordinates medical appointments.
• Coordinates traveler documents for appointments
• Prepares life support kits and refills for travelers.
• Provides additional point of contact for community engagement with travelers by assisting with room inspections and routine follow-ups on traveler health and safety.

Skills/Abilities:

• Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
• Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook, in particular)
• Excellent organization and the ability to effectively communicate client requirements to all stakeholders

Education and Experience:

• 3 or more years’ experience as a linguist
• College degree is preferred, but not required
• Additional language courses are recommended
