What will you be doing at Woodard & Curran?

Our Wastewater Operators participate in the operations and maintenance of our Wastewater Collection System and/or Wastewater Pumping Stations, which may include odor control systems, STEP systems, Vacuum Sewer Stations and Grinder Pumps. This individual may also operate water and/or wastewater treatment plant equipment in a support role. Performs skilled, journeyman-level work in monitoring, repairing and controlling the functioning of pump station and plant equipment and processes.

What will you need to succeed?

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• A valid Class A CDL is preferred.
• 1-3 years' experience in the wastewater industry.
• Must possess a valid driver's license.
• Participate in an on-call rotation on weekends, holidays, and outside normal workday hours.
• Will be required to respond to emergency or unpredicted situations.

The salary ranges given below are a national average only and may be different for this role based on specific collective bargaining agreements or contract requirements.

Please reference this project specific pay range instead. In addition, for facilities that are unionized and receive benefits through the union, the benefits may differ from what is listed.

Project Specific Pay Range: $24.00 - $28.00/hour, depending on qualifications and experience.

Compensation

Pay:

This position's anticipated pay range is provided below; final exempt salary or non-exempt hourly pay will be dependent on experience level as well as considering a % based geographic differential based on where the final candidate will be working. Geographic differentials are used to recognize and reflect cost of labor differences between geographic markets.

Annual Incentive Bonus Opportunity:

Eligible positions may receive an annual cash bonus based on the role's organizational level, and is represented as a percentage range of eligible earnings**

$15.20 - $22.80
