Mission
Dispose of all waste from lines and conform to the correct waste stream for disposal.

Roles and Responsibilities
Manage all areas of waste from lines and conform to the correct waste stream for disposal and light facility work.

    Forklift certified
    Capable to standard hand tools
    Breakdown and disposal of packaging materials (boxes, pallets ...)
    Maintain a clean working environment
    Report needs of the area and necessary supplies 
    Versatile to assist with light facility duties as requested safely.
    Utilizing facility ticket system

Cost Improvement
-    Report problems in such a way that they can be resolved
-     Contribute in ways to help improve sustainability

Contribute to a Kaizen & Innovation Process
-    Report any ideas related to improvements within your area of responsibility
-    Eliminate waste regarding transport, unnecessary movement,

General Responsibilities
-Respect & contribute actively to the SHE procedures (Safety, Health, Environment)
-High regard for safety and quality standards
-Promote ideas for continuous improvement & innovation
-Interact on time, with transparency & commitment with colleagues & managers 
-Maintain respectful and polite relationships with all contacts.

A starting salary of $19.50 per hour and up to $28.00 depending on your level of experience
You'll work on a 4 x 10 schedule (Monday to Thursday). Overtime available
