Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Ensure that all equipment is washed and ready for production according to the Equipment Wash Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Communicate with Quality Assurance to have equipment inspected and Adenosine Triphosphate (ATP) swabbed.
Ensure all rinse samples that are required are taken and turned in.
Test titration on the wall mounted foamers and sanitizer.
Mix chemicals for Production Operators in accordance with Chemical label.
Responsible for making sure the wash room area is kept clean and organized.
Responsible for contacting maintenance when equipment is ready to be reassembled after cleaning is completed.
Work with Sanitation Lead to update SOPs.
Train Operators on proper cleaning procedures, Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and inspect their work for proper cleaning.
Keep accurate inventory of washroom chemicals and supplies and let the Sanitation Lead/Supervisor know when to reorder.
Keep washroom storage area clean and organized.
Complete necessary paperwork, ensuring all documentation requirements are met during sanitation process.
Communicate with Sanitation Lead as to upcoming Wash Schedule.
Use the COP tank correctly to clean all parts that it can accommodate.
Perform all duties in accordance with safety rules and requirements.
Other Duties and Responsibilities:
This position regularly handles supplies that are up to 25 kg. (55.115 lbs.) and occasionally handles supplies up to 100 lbs.
May have contact with federal/state/regulatory inspectors on an annual basis.
Understand and adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices.
Safety Protocol
Stop any observed unsafe acts and obey facility safety rules and procedures.
Correct or report any observed safety hazards.
Support safety policies and programs.
