Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:
The warranty manager is tasked to assist customers with warranty claims on defective gear and perform quality control checks when needed. Applicable information is collected and tracked to determine which items have been warrantied so far in the year and the corrective course of action. Coordination takes place with a team at the Company’s global headquarters in Seon, Switzerland to identify product quality improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee warranty inbox and maintain open request at minimum level.
- Propose solutions customer inquiries and complaints that maximize cost efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Perform quality control checks as need for incoming product.
- Assist global customer service agents located in Barcelona, Spain with various tasks.
- Send replacement items to customers when necessary.
- Resolve technical issues that customers are experiencing.
- Aid in order oversight for some marketplace customers.

- Proficient in dynamics AX
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Widespread knowledge of Mammut product, including safety equipment, clothing and footwear
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $41,600.00 per year
