SUMMARY
MSX International is seeking qualified candidates responsible for reviewing Dealer Compliance to policies and procedures, support Field Staff and Dealer network and other ad-hoc tasks based on our client’s business needs.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Adjudicate claims submitted by dealer requesting additional documentation if needed.
- Debit non-complaint claims as needed.
- Generate reporting for Factory to identify failure trends.
- Assists in Dealer Invoice reporting.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
- Minimum 1 year of experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point) required
- Minimum 1 year of experience with IBM AS/400 (or similar DBMS) is desired
- Minimum 1 year of experience with SQL syntax desired
- 1 year of experience performing general compliance/audit duties is desired
- 1 year of experience in an automotive-related field is desired
- 1 year of experience in a related industry is desired
LANGUAGE SKILLS
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.

At MSXi, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $23 to $26 hourly.
