Role Definition
Analyzes Warranty Claims and coordinates the claims process; provides backup support for the ATS-product order management process.
Responsibilities
• Gathers and coordinates warranty claim related information.
• Reviews claim documentation, verifies accuracy, and resolves discrepancies.
• Evaluates Warranty Claims using internal standards and the incumbent’s own judgement.

• Backs-up order the management process for the ATS-product.

• Collaborates with suppliers, Caterpillar dealers, and internal colleagues.
