Position:Warranty Management Administrative Support

Job Description:
· Supports the administration of warranty processes throughout the North America fleet.
· Engages internal and external stakeholders in order to drive warranty topics forward (operations, finance, legal, engineering, etc.)
· Establishes warranty obligations for a given site or customer.
· Ability to find solutions to complex problems.
· Analysis and resolution of customer warranty claims.
· Supports the drafting of warranty agreements.
Required Experience and Skills:
· Contract management.
· Customer facing.
· Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
· Strong oral and written communication.
· Proficiency in IT and Microsoft office tools.
· Team player and collaborator at various levels of corporate structures.
· Interest and ability to learn.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $32.00 - $33.00 per hour
