Larson Ford is experiencing explosive growth in our fixed operations. We have a tremendous amount of warranty work that we need additional assistance in order to meet our growth projections. This is a great opportunity to work with a strong team of veteran service professionals.
Job Duties:
- Process warranty claims and ensure timely submission to manufacturers
- Review warranty policies and procedures to ensure compliance
- Communicate with customers, manufacturers, and service technicians regarding warranty claims
- Maintain accurate records of warranty claims, including documentation and correspondence
- Coordinate with the service department to schedule repairs covered under warranty
- Assist in resolving any issues or disputes related to warranty claims

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in warranty administration or a related field preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of automotive or equipment warranties is a plus
