You Will:
Support the development of analytically defensible wargames, tabletop exercises (TTX), and seminar events for Department of Defense clients. Work as a team to ensure that wargame adjudication methodologies are sufficiently flexible to allow dynamic player action while accurately representing real-world military capabilities. Conduct research and analysis into warfighting and national security topics in support of analytic models and wargames. Ensure accurate representation of real-world military concepts of operations and doctrinal practices. Provide insight into game design problem sets and independently design discrete game systems which facilitate accurate game adjudication.
You Have:
- 10+ years of experience as a Wargame Designer
- Experience with DoD or interagency partners
- Ability to plan, conduct, and analyze research to inform wargames
- Ability to work independently and discover avenues for success
- TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
- Bachelor's degree
Additional Qualifications:
Experience with providing wargame design support for cyberspace wargames, TTX, and seminars
