Responsibilities: 

• Understand and perform daily inventory functions to help maintain the accuracy and integrity of the inventories in support of the facility.
• Ensures discrepancies are promptly highlighted, investigated, and resolved.
• Assist Purchasing Manager in keeping track of inventory as it moves in and out of particular locations, ensuring stock movements are valid, authorized, correctly processed and accounted for. 
• Completes daily, weekly, and/or monthly cycle counts which include validating quantity on hand, checking expiration dates and making necessary adjustments to inventory documentation and ensure that all incoming deliveries are accurate
• Maintain a clean and efficient warehouse.
• Respond to calls in a timely and professional manner
• Complete pick ticket orders. 
• Unloading/Receiving deliveries
• Pull and stage orders to meet execution schedules
• Ensure FIFO methodology is executed. 
• Inventory management
• Operate forklifts safely and responsibly.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Knowledge of warehouse processes and manufacturing operations. 
• Previous warehouse experience, minimum of 2 years. 
• Must be able to lift 40 lbs. consistently
• Willing to work outside of said responsibilities when needed
• Analytical skills and strong problem-solving skills. 
• Computer skills especially using Excel.
• Minimum of 1 year of forklift experience, prior Forklift Certification - preferred.
