Job Responsibilities:
The Warehouse Associate is responsible to maintain a safe, clean, and effective company facility. Also is responsible for running several supporting functions to ensure smooth transitions of product flow between departments.
- Manage trash haul off.
- Running warranty returns to supply houses for credit
- Unloading and stocking of deliveries by hand, and by fork truck
- Assisting Install manager with staging equipment for next day of jobs
- Maintain a clean warehouse and production yard.
- Ensure that equipments leaving the warehouse is signed for and applicable systems are updated.
- Deliver parts to field employees as needed.
- Lifts/moves heating and air-conditioning equipment into position.
- Power lift gate on truck to assist with loading and unloading of equipment.
- Unloading and stocking of deliveries by hand, and by fork truck
- Picking up parts from Supply houses and bringing them to technicians or to shop
- Assisting Install manager with staging equipment for next day of jobs
- Running warranty returns to supply houses for credit
- Other duties to be assigned
Job Requirements:
- Preferred 2 years working in a similar capacity.
- Regular and punctual attendance. Ability to work overtime if needed (and approved)
- Exhibit great interpersonal communication skills.
- Be a detail-oriented thinker.
- Be able to effectively process inventory with a very limited space.
- Maintain a very clean workspace and station.
- Handle incoming priority request without sacrificing proper warehouse procedures.
- Demonstrated skill in verbal and written communication.
- Forklift certified
- Ability to successfully pass a background check, driving record heck, and a 4-panel drug test.
KPI:
- Notify departments of any shipments received to warehouse
- Maintain a clean and presentable appearance of the yard and warehouse
- Ensure that all assets and materials are secured per policies
