Top Patch is a revolutionary Pavement Repair Product. We manufacture Top Patch at our warehouse facility near Hard Rock Casino. We are a start-up, and growing company, supplying a unique product to some very familiar companies. Position requires warehouse stocking work, with forklift and by hand, including mixing Top Patch.

Precision measurements, and mixing techniques will be taught and required to be maintained. Each day work varies, based upon current stock levels, current orders, and general maintenance of the facility.

Manufactures products, ensuring the timely and efficient flow of quality products. Ensuring employees understand and follow Manufacturing Standards and Procedures during the production.

· Interfaces with Manager regarding technical and repair issues. maintaining production equipment in good working order

*Must be able to measure properly, cups, liters, grams etc. for creating and maintaining our product to the perfect standard

· Performs quality control tasks. · Strong multi-tasking skills and the ability to communicate effectively at all levels throughout the organization are required.

Required: Current, valid driver’s license in good standing & Forklift Experience

Must be willing to sign non-compete / non-disclosure form if hired

Helpful: Experience mixing chemicals

Accurate Measurement Skills

Light computer experience with receiving orders via email

Batch sizing calculations utilizing Microsoft Excel or similar spreadsheets

Ideally, we are looking for a candidate with some to most of the above listed skills, with accurate measuring skills (or ability to learn), and a desire to grow with a company that manufactures a unique product.

Physical Demands: Ability to lift 50 + pounds without assistance. Stand and / or walk for prolonged periods of time.

Work Environment: Medium level noise, Mechanical Hazards, Moving Objects. Follows policies and procedures and able to work independently majority of the day.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 32 per week
