The Warehouse/Forklift Driver works directly with the Operations Manager, Warehouse personnel and drivers. This position performs functions directed towards successfully, efficiently meeting warehouse pulling, and loading goals for customer orders by keeping schedules, pulling orders, loading trucks, doing related computer data entry and completing paperwork. This individual is responsible for following special instructions and insuring quality of orders shipped.

The skillset for this position is below:

• 2 years of forklift driving experience including reach lifts with certification/license
• Must be able to follow written and verbal instructions
• Detail Oriented
• Computer/data entry experience
• Ability to use a computer to input receiving and create shipping documents
• Ability to lift 50 pounds repetitively, push, pull and reach
• Must be able to wear appropriate PPE for chemical handling
• Good time management skills
• Good interpersonal and communications skills
• Excellent knowledge of equipment

Warehouse/Forklift Driver duties and responsibilities:

• Receiving material into the warehouse
• Unload and load material from delivery trailers
• Identify damages and report shortages
• Use a computer to receive materials into inventory, run reports and create shipping documents
• Report quality problems
• Inspect equipment
• Complete paperwork accurately
• Follow special instructions written on orders
• Comply with company policies and guidelines
• Keep a safe work environment
• Maintain equipment and keep the equipment, warehouse, and grounds clean
• Other duties as assigned
