Position Summary: This employee is responsible for assisting with the cleanliness, organization, and security of all warehouse facilities on the property, under the direction of the Warehouse & Logistics Manager.
Reports to: Warehouse & Logistics Manager
Primary Objectives and Key Result Areas:
- Keeps warehouses clean, organized, and presentable for our guests to walk through
- Assists with auditing barrel sheds and maintaining control and accuracy of inventory
- Contributes to a safe work environment in areas of operation to avoid accidents
- Empties trash and recycling receptacles in areas of operation
- Pulls, racks, and transports barrels appropriately and in a timely manner, limiting the amount of time they spend on ground
- Conducts daily walk-throughs of all Barrel Sheds to address any leaking barrels
- Helps with bottlings when necessary
- Checks quality and legibility of barrel identification information
- Accurately logs barrel locations and other information on appropriate forms
- Works with Warehouse & Logistics Manager to track used barrels
- Routinely organizes finished goods – wine storage and spirit storage
- Making sure each doorway/garage door has a fire extinguisher mounted to the wall
- Packaging and transferring FOH orders in a timely manner
- Assists with preparing Purchase Orders for shipment when needed
- Brings fresh barrels to Barrel Fill staging area
- Other duties as assigned
Additional Requirements:
- Ability to operate equipment such as fork lift, skid loader, & mower
- Expected to work weekends during grape harvest season
- Ability to lift at least 80 lbs. on a regular basis
- Must be willing to work in an outdoor environment during all seasons

- Full Time
- PTO: 10 days yearly pro-rated and available after 60 days of employment

- Bi-Weekly pay
- Paid Holidays: NYD, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and the day after, Christmas Eve and Christmas Day.
