This is a union position.
HealthRIGHT 360, a family of programs, is located across 13 different counties in California. HealthRIGHT 360 provides an array of medical and behavioral health services to some of the most marginalized populations, ranging from primary care, mental health services, detox, substance use disorder treatment in both residential and outpatient settings, and transitional services for the criminal justice population.
The Warehouse Worker is responsible for the daily operations and maintenance of the Warehouse. Assists with transportation related needs of HealthRIGHT 360's Northern CA programs. Transportation assistance includes transporting clients, equipment, documents, and supplies. Assists with warehouse inventory tracking, auditing, shipping/receiving, and ordering process.
Key Responsibilities
Warehouse & Inventory Responsibilities: Assist the Warehouse Manager in performing warehouse storage, shipping, and receiving of in-kind donations, purchasing products, and all other agency inventory-related tasks. Screens and completes facility requests. Ensures that merchandise is secure and properly stored. Processes, sorts, evaluates, and tests donations. Ensures safety of warehouse. Assists with loading and unloading trucks. Drives and assists with product pickups as needed. Assists with facility upkeep.
Administrative Responsibilities: Assists with dispatching and scheduling of vehicles. Schedules maintenance and repairs for vehicles. Prepares vehicle related reports and forms. Enters and/or ensures the entry of transportation activities in company database, files related paperwork, maintains, and prepares vehicle usage reports and logs. Maintains and reconciles invoicing and backup documentation for transportation services. Maintains accurate vehicle documentation with guidelines established by HealthRIGHT 360 to satisfy internal and external evaluating requirements. Communicates with facilities on status of orders.
Treatment Setting Responsibilities: Performs crisis intervention and communicates with treatment team as unforeseen situations arise. Maintains appropriate staff/participant boundaries at all times. Performs periodic house runs to ensure and maintain the safety and security of the facility as needed. Assists with warehouse pick-ups. May work evening, weekends and holidays as needed.

Education and Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Education and Experience Required:
- Valid California Driver's license (Class B license preferred).
- Ability to clear and maintain agency vehicle insurance coverage.
- Must not be on active parole or probation.
- Ability to pass and maintain a CDCR security clearance, includes FBI and DOJ.
- Clear understanding of appropriate staff/client boundaries.
- Knowledge of transportation equipment for physically disabled.
- Knowledge of vehicle safety and maintenance.
- Culturally competent and able to work with a diverse population.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, specifically Word, Excel, Outlook and internet applications.
- Ability to read and interpret maps.
- Ability to operate forklift and pallet jack.
- Ability to enter data into various electronic systems while maintaining the integrity and accuracy of the data.
