Hadrian was the first manufacturer to powder coat toilet partitions and has continued to embrace new technologies and materials in order to offer architects, designers and end-users more flexibility in design. Hadrian’s wide range of toilet partition products includes; powder coated metal, stainless steel, embossed stainless steel, and solid plastic. Lockers are available in Emperor (corridor), Gladiator (athletic) and replacement front styles.
Job Description
- Business Unit:

Position Summary:
- Coordinate staff to hang parts properly and accurately
- Assist with loading and unloading paint line and instructing new staff on handling procedures.
- Inspect parts for quality defects and conduct other quality tests to measure and monitor performance. Involved in countermeasures.
- Prepare department for following day production with checklist tasks
- Update department production rates on visual daily management boards
- Work safely and effectively
- Work with the Supervisor to ensure requirements are met.
- Other duties as required.
Requirements:
- Attentive and knowledgeable to quality and production standards. Consistently meets or exceeds these standards.
- Upon completion of training, the operator will understand and follow instructions for start-up, production rates, and shut-down procedures.
- Leadership skills, successfully directs and allocates all work within the department
- Must be able to plan ahead several steps to prevent slow down/stoppages on line
- Through knowledge of all regular/special products and know proper hanging standards
- Common sense, attention to detail, and good problem-solving skills.
- Good attendance record; no culpable absences
- Forklift experience.
- Communicates well with supervisor & team members
- Shows initiative and desire to learn.
- Available for overtime.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
