The Trident Company - has an immediate opening for a Warehouse Worker. The Warehouse Worker,under limited supervision performs an array of functions that may include receiving and processing incoming material, picking and filling orders from inventory, managing, organizing and retrieving inventory in the warehouse and making local deliveries.
Hourly rate range of pay - $19. - $20.. Depending on Experience
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Receives, places/returns items into stock inventory locations.
- Tags materials for proper identification.
- Pulls and assembles customer orders in order of delivery.
- Operates yard truck for the purpose of loading and unloading trailers.
- Operates cranes to load/unload trailers.
- Operates forklift (5k or 10k) to load/unload trailers
- Secures loaded material into truck.
- Completes work order paperwork/documentation.
- Assures all machine operation centers are timely loaded with material for production.
- Restocks material
- Regular and predictable attendance is required to perform the duties of a Warehouse Worker.
- Adheres to Reliance Steel and Aluminum's Code of Conduct as well as customer confidentiality requirements.
- Complies with company and OSHA safety policies and safe work practices.
- Make local deliveries.

- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum of 18 years old
- Arithmetic skills to calculate and convert decimals and fractions
- Reading and writing comprehension in English (to read instructions, tickets, safety and policy manuals)
- Proficient measuring skills and the ability to read measuring tapes, micrometers and calipers
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Warehouse experience preferred
- Experience working with heavy equipment preferred
- Overhead Crane/forklift experience required
- Detail oriented with ability to inspect material for quality
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test
