Job Description:

Colla Born Wise Beauty Salon is currently looking for a detail-oriented and efficient Warehouse Person to manage our salon's inventory and ensure the smooth operation of our warehouse. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate stock levels, processing orders, and contributing to the overall efficiency of our beauty salon.

Responsibilities:

• Inventory Management:

  • Receive, inspect, and accurately record all incoming shipments.
  • Organize and maintain salon inventory in an efficient and systematic manner.
  • Conduct regular stock checks to monitor inventory levels and reorder as needed.

• Order Processing:

  • Pick, pack, and ship orders to fulfill customer and salon demands.
  • Prepare shipping labels, packing slips, and documentation for outgoing shipments.
  • Coordinate with couriers and shipping carriers to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.

• Quality Control:

  • Inspect products for quality and report any discrepancies or damages.
  • Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to resolve issues related to product quality.

• Organization and Cleanliness:

  • Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and in compliance with safety standards.
  • Implement and maintain efficient warehouse layout for easy access to products.

• Communication:

  • Collaborate with salon management to ensure accurate and timely fulfillment of orders.
  • Communicate effectively with other team members regarding inventory updates and needs.

• Proven experience in warehouse management or a similar role.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy packages and operate warehouse equipment.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
• Basic computer skills for order processing and inventory management.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Knowledge of beauty and wellness products (preferred but not required).
