Summary:
Warehouse Validator/Repack position is responsible for repackaging all products that come back into the warehouse according to the AB guidelines, for validating order accuracy, validating pallets are stacked safely and properly, validating pallets are wrapped to ensure safety during transport, and loading pallets into trailers, ensuring load is balanced for safety during transport.
Primary Duties will include a balance of the following:
- Validating order accuracy of outgoing products.
- Operate shrink wrap machine to secure order and prevent it from falling in transit.
- Ensuring trailers are properly chocked during loading process
- Mark orders with identifying information using “born on date” identification tags
- Rotate stock, consolidate pallets and warehouse inventory
- Assist in counting physical inventory
- Safely operate warehouse equipment including powered hand trucks, sit down fork trucks, and pallet riders.
- Responsible for loading side and end-load trailers with palletized freight ensuring load is properly balanced for safety during transit
- Organize and maintain a clean and safe warehouse including; sweeping, mopping, picking up trash, sanitation and other duties as assigned.
- Facilities maintenance as assigned
- Follow all safety policies including keeping warehouse picked up, and accessible for all coworkers and customers
- Clean cans and bottles as necessary to remove glass, beer and other contaminants.
- Assemble new packages and repackage in accordance with AB and EDI guidelines
- Create whole cases from the product available in breakage
- Apply appropriate label onto new packaging
- Return completed repackaged product into inventory
- Load picked kegs onto appropriate route trucks
- Process returned packages from delivery including out-of-code, breakage and mispicks
- Pick add-ons and hotshots and scan them out of the warehouse.
- Place aluminum cans and cardboard into appropriate containers for recycling

Requirements:
Must be 21 years of age or older
High School Diploma or GED
Ability to lift, lift overhead up to 60 lbs repeatedly, load, unload, and move products that weigh up to 60 lbs constantly and up to 165 lbs occasionally.
Ability to work flexible hours that may include some early mornings and weekend shifts.
Ability to work in a refrigerated and traditional warehouse setting.
Able to work under minimal supervision.
