What your focus will be as a Warehouse Trainer:
- Lead group or individual training sessions on receiving and/or order fulfillment activities
- Train and ensure inventory integrity through proper use of SAP software and scan gun technology
- Instruct how to accurately record and store items into appropriate location based on dimension, weight, and other factors
- Demonstrate and conduct hands-on training including evaluation of safe operation using power industrial equipment (i.e. forklift, overhead crane, etc.)
- Partner with Training Coordinator and Supervisors on training needs
- Assist in developing training content as needed
- Maintain confidentiality and instill trust within organization
- Be available to work with employees across three shifts
- Comply with all OSHA and site-specific safety and PPE requirements
- Work toward continuous quality improvement
- Stay current with changing technology
- Uphold, support, and promote all company policies and procedures
What You Need
Required:
- High School diploma, GED or continuing education
- SAP software/RF scan gun experience/knowledge
- Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office Tools)
Preferred:
- College degree and/or continuing education
- Customer Service experience
- Understanding of various learning styles
