We depend on creative, responsible, hardworking individuals like you to operate our business successfully! Job Type: Full TimeShift Available: 2nd 2:30 – 12 am Mon- Thu, and  fri 2:30 – 6 30pmCompensation: $20.50/hr plus $2 shift differentialSign on Bonus : $1000Key Accountabilities Principal Accountabilities:Performing facility operations such as loading/unloading trucks, stacking bags, handling products, palletizing, etc. Documenting all completed work and recording inventory data; utilizing scanners/computers as necessaryInspecting products to oversee product quality assuranceInteracting regularly with peers and management to pursue continuous improvement of facility operations and promote teamwork Operating forklifts and hand cartsUnderstanding and adhering to all safety policies and proceduresMaintaining a safe and clean work environmentOther duties as assignedQualifications Requirements:Right to work in the U.S. that is not based solely on possession of a student visa or a visa sponsored by a third-party employer.Cargill requires employees be a minimum of 18 years old to work in a production facility.Ability to understand and communicate in English (verbal/written)     Basic use of a computer     Ability to work in varied indoor and outdoor conditions which may include heat, cold, dust, loud noise, etc., with the use of personal protective equipment (PPE)     Ability to work in elevated areas (4 feet and above)    Ability to perform physical job duties which may include bending, lifting up to 50lbs, kneeling, climbing, crawling, and twisting, with or without a  reasonable accommodation     Ability to work overtime, weekends, and holidays with advance notice     Preferred Requirements:Basic experience troubleshooting various mechanical components and systems.    Experience working in a production related work.
