General Summary of the Position
The Warehouse Team Member I is responsible for warehouse duties including the pick/pack process of shipping customer orders, receiving, replacing and repacking damaged products, and assembling kits for shipping through the work order process. This is an entry-level position based on previous warehouse experience and knowledge. This position is also responsible for general warehouse maintenance including cleaning and organizing.
Essential Functions

- Must be able to use typical office equipment including, but not limited to, telephone, fax machine, copier, and computer.
- May be required to lift items up to 50 pounds in weight
- Must be able to navigate warehouse area and manually move materials
- Must be able to unpack and pack boxes
- Must be able to operate a forklift
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to collaborate with various personnel across multiple functional areas
- Ability to participate in physical inventory
- Working Knowledge of typical warehouse activities
- Ability to follow packing instructions
- Ability to perform standardized and repetitive tasks on a frequent basis
Education, Training, and Experience
- High School diploma or GED
- 0-2 years of warehouse (shipping/receiving) experience.
