Warehouse Team Member - 2Nd Shift

Overview

As a Warehouse Picker you will store merchandise or materials, fill requisitions and orders, and pack, crate and ship products to customers. The Picker operates powered equipment to load/unload materials from trucks and/or racking, and transfers product physically and systematically to support production in the department.

Until further notice:

• Minimum wage $20/hr
• Additional 10% premium for 2nd Shift and additional 5% premium for 3rd Shift
• Rogue Team Members eligible to receive Quarterly Bonus

Responsibilities

• Warehousing and storage of all merchandise, supplies, and equipment
• Inspecting incoming shipments
• Picking, consolidating, and packaging outgoing orders using RF scanners
• Responsible for maintaining good housekeeping in work areas
• Band and wrap outgoing freight orders
• Complete pre-shift inspection to ensure equipment is operating in a safe manner
• Load and unload product into carrier’s vehicles

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse/distribution experience is a plus
• Team Members will be required to operate a manual/powered pallet jack, lift product or related equipment
• Ability to lift up to 80 pounds and carry up to 80 feet
• Must be safety oriented
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
