American Lumper Services is a growing nationwide warehouse management company. We are looking for an experienced Team Leader/ Manager to Support and Inspire our Warehouse Team. You will hire, train, encourage, motivate and mentor our team of 80-100 people in our Portland, OR location.
Shift:
Monday-Friday - hours are 2nd shift, 11am to 7pm with some flexibility.
Pay rate:
$26/hr
- Team building, time keeping and conducting new hire training
- Achieve high levels of customer satisfaction through excellence in daily work.
- Influence and develop people
- Communicate job expectations and coach employees
- Determine staffing levels and assign workload
- Interface with customers to answer questions or solve problems
- Maintain items records, document necessary information, and utilize reports to project warehouse status
- Identify areas of improvement and establish innovatively or adjust existing work procedures and practices
