Warehouse Supply Chain Associate
Department: Supply Chain
Reports to: Manager Inventory/Purchasing
General Purpose
The Warehouse Supply Chain Associate will be responsible for prioritizing, planning, and managing daily workflow, purchasing tasks, status, and reporting. He/She will own the process of receiving, production staging, and warehouse cleanliness and organization. He/She must take ownership of the inventory, cycle counts, and all documentation pertaining to the warehouse.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Operate lift, Pallet Jack, or Lifts
- Load and unload materials
- Take inventory of materials received.
- Store, count, weigh, and open materials received.
- Load and unload trucks, railway cars, and other vehicles for transporting goods
- Fill warehouse orders (Picking for production)
- Label boxes to identify materials
- Dispose of leftover packing materials such as wooden crates, pallets, and cardboard
- Ensures cleanliness and organization of warehouse
- Performs administrative tasks as necessary.
- Performs other related duties as assigned by management.
Education and Experience
- High School Diploma or work equivalent
- Previous experience in a similar position
- Strong organization and documentation skills

- Proficient in ERP systems.
- Detail oriented
- Ability to multi-task multiple locations and vendors
- Knowledge of warehouse operations and best practices.
Physical Demands
- Ability to push/pull or lift up to 50lbs.
- May be required to use a ladder.
- Standing, bending and walking at least 6 hours per day.

Working Conditions
Working conditions for this position include an office environment, manufacturing areas, clean room, and warehouse.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.50 - $17.50 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
