SalaryAs the Warehouse Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the seamless operations of our warehouse facility dedicated to organizing products and truck loading. You will be responsible for ensuring the efficient handling, storage, and distribution of goods while maintaining a safe and organized work environment. This role requires strong leadership skills, a keen eye for detail, and an understanding of agricultural logistics.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Oversight: Supervise daily activities within the warehouse, including receiving, storing, and dispatching agricultural products.
- Vendor Coordination: Collaborate with agricultural suppliers and farmers to schedule deliveries, manage inventory levels, and ensure timely product availability.
- Team Management: Lead and mentor warehouse staff, providing guidance, training, and support to optimize performance and productivity.
- Safety Compliance: Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures to uphold a secure work environment and mitigate risks.
- Equipment Maintenance: Oversee the maintenance of warehouse equipment, ensuring proper functioning and addressing any issues promptly to minimize disruptions.
- Inventory Management: Utilize inventory management software to track stock levels, monitor orders, and manage shipments accurately.
- Quality Control: Work closely with quality control teams to uphold product standards and compliance with regulations throughout the storage and distribution process.
- Space Optimization: Optimize warehouse layout and organization to maximize space utilization and streamline workflow efficiency.
Required Experience:
- Previous Warehouse Experience
- Experience within the Agriculture Industry
- Supervisory experience a plus
