About you
RHI Magnesita is seeking an experienced Warehouse Technician to join our Industrial team within our Installation Services Unit. Based in Lexington, Kentucky you will work closely with our Admin and Project Resources professionals to support customers our warehouse operations. You will also use your knowledge of equipment maintenance and repair, fabrication, and troubleshooting skills to procurement and material handling to ensure all orders are filled with efficiency and ease.
In addition you have:

• Drivers' license required
• CDL Class "A" Preferred
• Forklift license and experience required
• High School Diploma/GED required
• 3+ years' experience in warehouse/shop required
• Experience in electrical, hydraulics, mechanical, welding, and machining
• Knowledge of Industrial Construction market preferred
• Intermediate computer skills in MS Office & SAP required About the job:
• Receiving and shipping of material and equipment
• Building new equipment and refurbishing existing equipment is top priority.
• Good electrical skills are essential for this position as well as Mechanical skills.
• You will do many tasks to include, Fabrication, troubleshooting electrical controls, welding, mechanical installations,
• Receiving and verification of material and equipment returns from projects
• Order preparation (straight sales and construction projects)
• Assist with the organization of the warehouse to maximize the use of space, facilitate access and ensure inventory turnover
• Drive Material and/or equipment to project site as needed using company trucks and trailers.
• Building maintenance

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to stand and/or be on their feet 10-12 hours per day
• Must be able to lift 50lb as needed
• Must be able to go up and down on ladders, steps, or other lifts as needed
• Must be able to perform various tasks in confined spaces and elevations.
