Warehouse Shipping Lead

NC Custom is a rapidly growing custom importer, manufacturer, and designer of logo-based and design-driven products across the apparel, drinkware, edible, personal care, and other industries.

We are currently looking for a Warehouse Shipping Lead for our growing team in Hicksville.

Working hours will be from 10am - 7pm Monday - Friday

The ideal candidate will have experience with domestic and international shipping.

Shipping Responsibilities:

• Pack/ Process orders including scanning, making labels.
• Tracks, traces, and updates the status of outgoing shipments.
• Ensure that international shipments are in compliance with customs rules and regulations

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience shipping, packing and processing packages
• Trained on current Hazmat rules and regulations governing safe handling of hazardous / dangerous materials (Hazmat Certification Preferred)
• Must be familiar with computers running the Windows operating system and be proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Knowledge of UPS / FedEx WorldShip.
• Good communication skills required
