As a Shipping Lead, you are part of the Shipping team that ensures the shipping functions at your facility run in an efficient manner to guarantee customer satisfaction.
Job Description

Earn $19.00 per hour + $4.00 Freezer Premium = total of $23.00 per hour
Full Time, 1st shift hours
53 Summit Lock RD, Westfield, MA
You will contribute by:
Distributing outbound loads to the Selectors for selection of product
Ensuring that trailers are at the correct doors in a timely fashion
Communicating trailer temperature needs and verify as correct
Working with the Warehouse management to ensure all dispatch times are met for outbound loads
Working with the Shipping Clerks to closely manage all shipping functions
Entering and adjusting information in the WMS system to ensure accurate information is transmitted to the necessary personnel
There may be other duties assigned to you as needed by your supervisor

We’re searching for candidates with:
At least six months of warehouse experience
Electric Pallet Jack experience preferred
Strong planning and execution skills
Ability to work with and through others to achieve desired results
Strong team orientation and collaboration to work effectively in a team environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with people at all levels in the organization
Ability and willingness to follow all safety policies and procedures
