SalaryWorks in transportation or warehousing of goods. Processes orders and oversees cycle of order fulfillment. Responsible for making sure supplies, stock, materials, packages, and/or products are processed through the delivery and/or warehouse system efficiently and safely. Ensures all projects are loaded daily on truck and shipped according to clients expectations.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for coordinating and creating labels, BOLs and other documents for all inbound and outbound shipments
Help load/unload all outbound trucks
Tracks all shipping bills and cost associated with specific jobs
Ensures all shipping is added to invoices with markup before being invoiced to clients for payment
Uploads vendor bills into Netsuite in a timely manner
Assists in receiving department as needed
Works with accounting to ensure shipping is collected for projects
Qualifications:
3+ years Shipping in Manufacturing environment.
Keen attention to detail
Advanced knowledge of Logistics, Freight, Duties/Customs, etc.
Advanced knowledge of Netsuite/Microsoft Office
Ability to prioritize and manage time/jobs effectively in a fast-paced environment
