Warehouse & Shipping Associate

Summary Description

Rose & Arrow Estate is seeking a part-time Warehouse and Shipping Associate to assist at their McMinnville warehouse location. This role supports our Alit and Rose & Arrow brands and is perfect for someone who is self-starting and motivated to grow in the role as our company expands. Hours are expected to be 20-30 per week – specific schedule to be determined by the company candidate. There is the potential for increased hours in the future.

Compensation, Benefits and Hours

· Part-time, hourly work

· Compensation: $22-24 per hour depending on experience and qualifications

· Monthly wine credit

· Mileage reimbursement for deliveries made in personal vehicle

Responsibilities

· Maintain warehouse cleanliness and ensure easy access to all wines with clear labeling

· Work with off-site storage companies to order inventory

· Build and package orders to be shipped in a timely manner adhering to the shipping policies

· Update and maintain all warehouse inventory with attention to detail and accuracy

· Support the team through monthly inventory audits

· Maintain organized physical and electronic records of all shipments

· Utilize online FedEx Ship Account to print shipping labels and schedule weekly FedEx pick-ups and drop-offs

· Update customers on a timely basis regarding shipping status and delays

· Deliver wine as needed to requested locations in the Willamette Valley

· Receive all products into warehouse; verify product received against purchase orders

· Maintain inventory for all packaging as needed, including, but not limited to: boxes, inserts, ice packs, foam packaging, tissue, and wooden boxes

· Other duties as assigned

Requirements

· Ability to lift up to 50 pounds consistently and often

· OSHA Forklift Operator Certified or willing to become certified (company will pay for required 1-hour online course and can complete balance of certification in-house)

· Maintain a clean and accessible work area

· Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel

· Current, valid Driver’s License and reliable vehicle

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour
