Warehouse Selector

As a Night Warehouse Selector (also known as Order Picker, Warehouse Operative), you'll play a crucial role in preparing customer orders, ensuring safety, and working collaboratively with the team to deliver precise and damage-free orders. You'll embody our work ethic, collaborative spirit, and commitment to service.

• Competitive compensation starting at $17.25 per hour, with incentive pay allowing top performers to earn over $41 per hour.

• Ability to work 8+ hour night shifts, typically Sunday – Thursday, with occasional weekends and holidays.
• Recent experience (within the past 6 months) in a high-endurance or highly physical activity role preferred.
• Experience selecting large-scale orders in a warehouse or distribution center environment preferred.

Physical Requirements:

• Comfortable working in a multi-temperature environment ranging from -5 degrees to over 100 degrees.
• Ability to lift/carry/push/pull 20 to 80+ lbs. of product repetitively, moving 1,000+ cases of product during each shift.
