We are currently seeking a dedicated and reliable Security Officer to join our team. As a Security Officer, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients and employees. This is a critical role that requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism.

```Responsibilities```
- Conduct regular patrols of the premises to ensure the safety and security of all individuals on site
- Monitor surveillance cameras and alarm systems to identify any suspicious activities or potential security threats
- Respond promptly to incidents, emergencies, and alarms, taking appropriate action as necessary
- Enforce access control procedures, verifying identification and ensuring only authorized individuals enter the premises
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting visitors, answering questions, and addressing concerns
- Complete detailed incident reports and maintain accurate records of all security-related activities
- Collaborate with local law enforcement agencies when necessary

```Qualifications```
- Valid Security Officer certificate/license (SORA Card)
- First Aid/CPR certification preferred
- Proven experience in surveillance techniques and security procedures
- Strong conflict management skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure
- Familiarity with CCTV systems and other security equipment
- Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations pertaining to security operations
- Previous experience in law enforcement or military is a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
