SalaryAll operational tasks within the Warehouse, Receiving and Shipping area.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Coordinate scheduling with production, sales order administration and other departments as needed.
- Prioritizes coordination efforts to ensure efficiency and timeliness of scheduling.
- Processing receipts of all inventory materials and supplies received.
- Perform routine data entry and process related paperwork according to established guidelines.
- Label inventory items in the receiving area for identifications, including serialization and tagging of barcoded items.
- Responsible for transporting materials to and from the receiving area, warehouse and production areas.
- Inventory booking within the ERP-System.
- Receiving, unpacking and data entry in the receiving process.
- Coordination of the material flow between the internal and external Warehouses.
- Picking and commissioning of work orders.
OTHER DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- In addition to the above-mentioned tasks, the employee is obliged to perform other reasonable tasks upon request.
- The employee has to take care of the cleanliness of the Warehouse.
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS NEEDED:
Education:
- Professional training in logistic area, forwarding or industrial working environment.
Experience:
- Minimum of 2+ years experience in Logistics and/or Warehouse distribution
- Experience in ERP-Systems
- Experience with Microsoft Office tools
- Commissioning/Picking experiences Booking in ERP-System
- Control and check incoming goods
- Statistical methods
- Managerial know how in materials
- Fork truck license
- Basic English
