Experience the beauty of Rocky Mountain National Park working closely in all aspects of the Rocky Mountain organization. The Warehouse Receiving Supervisor will oversee day to day inventory control, product flow, and warehousing functions for the operation. The role will manage day-to-day order flow, requisitions, receiving, transfers through CloudSuite SCM and utilize proper receiving of all retail inventory accurately through Mi9 system. This position works closely with the general manager, retail manager, F&B manager, EDR supervisor, and corporate retail & supply chain group to ensure strong product flow and operational excellence.

Wage: $20.75 / hour

 

All positions at Rocky Mountain are full-time seasonal positions, there are NO full-time year-round positions. 

 

Job Summary:

Accepting all product and merchandise in Estes Park, to be loaded on panel truck for delivery to the Trail Ridge Store & Café.

Responsibilities
  • Perform all duties with respect to the Company’s Core Values, Mission Statement, and guest service standards.
  • Accept responsibility for receiving, storing, and issuing all retail and food & beverage product.
  • Accurately sort and store all inventory.
  • Maintain accurate logs and records to track and account for all merchandise as it is received.
  • Inspect all merchandise as it is received to ensure all is in good and usable condition, proper quantity count, and invoiced according to purchase order.
  • Produce, distribute, and file all necessary documents to support the receiving of merchandise.
  • Computer input of all merchandise received.
  • Establish and maintain order in all warehouse storage areas.
  • Rotate all product, when appropriate, to represent a “First In-First Out” philosophy of product usage.
  • Be able to recognize all products the warehouse handles on a regular basis.
  • Accurately check in vendor deliveries.
  • Accurate communication with general manager and retail and F&B managers essential.
  • Coordinate with buyers and/or managers on departmental and vendor returns to ensure accurate on-hand quantities and credits.
  • Maintain and control issuance and filing of all purchase orders and supporting documentation, to include inputting all information into CloudSuite (including F&B and operating supplies).
  • Trace missing or lost shipments.
  • Assist in month-end or quarterly inventories as required by general manager.
  • Manage all receiving, transfer, storage & system input functions for Retail (Mi9).
  • Oversee F&B Inventory Control, receiving, storage & accuracy from order to recognition, collaborating closely with F&B management/general manager.
  • Perform duties outside the job classification assigned by management along with any other responsibilities deemed necessary.

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Excellent interpersonal skills to deal effectively with managers, staff, vendors, and suppliers.
  • Experience using computer systems to place, track and receive products and deliveries accurately and in compliance with established standards.
  • Knowledge of retail POS and back office, and Mi9 systems helpful. Able to trouble shoot when needed.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with Word and Excel software, plus computerized POS & Inventory Management systems.
  • Strong computer skills needed using Mi9 computer systems. Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Ability to organize and prioritize your daily routine.
  • Ability to communicate in a positive and concise manner.
  • Ability to accomplish tasks with little direct supervision.
  • Must possess a non-CDL, valid driver’s license, and a clean record.

Physical Requirements

  • Must be able to stand for long periods of time, approximately 8 hours.
  • Must be able to walk for long periods of time, approximately 8 hours.
  • Must be able to lift and carry a maximum of 70 pounds.
  • Must be able to bend, stretch, and reach for extended periods of time.
  • Must be able to bend down or kneel to stock product frequently during a shift.
  • Must be able to climb ladders as requested.
