Warehouse Receiver

Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Receiver to join our team. As a Receiver for Coca-Cola Bottling Co. of Santa Fe, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse and distribution center. This position requires strong organizational skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Days and Hours: Monday - Friday, 5:00 am - 2:00 pm. Every other Saturday. 5:00 am -12:00 pm

Duties:

• Receive Trucks
• Put away arriving product
• Products that are going to be used immediately should have all plastic removed
• Pull down products to replenish the pick line daily
• Remove plastic from all pallets.
• Condense pick line back stock return to overhead.
• Throw all trash/sweep floor of all debris/ then use the scrubber daily
• Condense, sort all empty pallets and shells for return daily.
• Fill Co2 tanks daily
• Restore any loads that are refused
• Build incoming reloads
• Take care of every customer at the pickup door
• Help build daily loads if necessary
• Collect all empty pallets on warehouse floor throughout the workday. Trash and plastic, cardboard included.
• Pull down product for loaders as needed i.e. full pallets
• Get a count of all returnable dunnage and give count to J.D. so he can schedule returns.
• Help load all trucks for outgoing routes each day.
• Check All rotation on product to ensure we use the older dates before new ones. Extremely important.
• Put away all repacks and give product quantities to J.D. so he can enter them into the system.
• Condense damage room daily remove full dump bins and replace with new ones

Experience:
- Previous experience working in a warehouse or distribution center preferred
- Proficient in using warehouse equipment
- Knowledge of stock management and inventory control procedures
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks as required
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling received items
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
