Warehouse Quality Assurance Specialist

We are looking for a high energy person to handle coordinating orders and inspecting outbound orders. This is a fast-paced job that requires a high attention to detail and the ability to work in warm or cold conditions.

JOB DUTIES:

• Print orders from system to distribute to pickers
• Coordinate with customer service to make changes to orders or cancel orders
• Inspect outbound equipment orders using a 20-point checklist
• Follow correct procedures for any orders that have shortages, damage or other issues
• Picking and assembling orders
• Record and maintain data in accordance with company standards and generate reports as necessary
• Process, audit and file various documentation; perform various office support activities

REQUIREMENTS:

• Strong attention to detail
• Computer Skills
• Typing: 30 WPM
• Process-oriented
• Problem-solving skills
• Can hold people accountable to high standards
• Able to handle stress
• Can lift up to 50 Pounds
• Excellent attendance and punctuality
• Great team player
• Excellent Vision and Hearing
• Clean Background Check & Drug Screen
• Current with COVID vaccinations

COMPENSATION:

• Hourly rate - DOE
• $100 per month bonus potential
• Paid holidays
• Starts Full-Time with benefits after 30 days - This is not a seasonal position
