SalaryPosition Summary:
This Production Associate’s primary responsibility is the production of a high quality fruit product while meeting time and quality expectations. From preparing for the production process by folding and staging boxes, to printing shipping labels and palletizing deliveries - this position is a crucial member of the operation. This is a great opportunity to join The FruitGuys and be cross trained in dispatching and receiving. The team is small and dynamic and requires a candidate with a strong work ethic and team oriented attitude.

- Your attention to detail will be highly valuable as you visually inspect every piece of fruit that goes into our boxes.
- You are the frontline quality inspector of all fruit, ensuring that our client’s receive the best quality fruit every delivery.
- Your ability to focus, be organized and work efficiently will keep your team running smoothly at all times.
What you will bring to The FruitGuys:
- You enjoy being physically active at work, lifting up to 40 pounds repeatedly throughout an 8 hour work day.
- A dependable and reliable attendance record.
- You are self-motivated, organized, and take safety seriously.
- You are calm under pressure, quickly adapt to unexpected tasks or challenges and are flexible to the changing business needs.
- A valid driver's license in good standing is preferred.
- Bilingual in Spanish and English is a plus

Schedule:
Full-time, hourly, approx 32 hours a week.
Starts at 6:00 am. Sunday - Tuesday and Thursday. Wednesdays are typically off.
Hours and days may change or fluctuate due to volume and company needs, but we always try to get you two days off in a row.
Pay and Benefits:
The pay range is $16.00 - $19.20. Medical, dental, and vision benefits, ten paid holidays, competitive PTO and sick leave, and 401K plan are available. The FruitGuys is an EEO employer.
