Job Description
We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Inventory/Forklift Warehouse Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing inventory, operating forklifts, and ensuring the efficient movement of goods within the warehouse facility.

Responsibilities:
· Picks an estimate of 15-20 inventory orders daily.
· Performs inventory controls & audits to report discrepancies, while doing inventory or picking orders.
· Maintains and operates warehouse equipment.
· Locates and extracts merchandise from shelves and storage areas.
· Uses handheld scanners to efficiently pick orders, update inventory, track, and maneuver cargo.
· Prepares and completes inventory orders for delivery or pickup (load, pack, wrap, label, ship, store).
· Prepares and palletize cargo/orders as needed.
· Performs warehouse duties using pallet jacks, cherry pickers, order picker, forklifts and reach truck.
· Inspects inventory merchandise for damage, flaws, and irregularities.
· Keeps a clean and safe working environment and optimize space utilization.
· Follows quality service standards and complies with procedures, rules, SOPs and safety regulations.
· Maintains an effective communication with co-workers, and other team members.
Requirements:
· Minimum 1-2 years of experience picking orders within the Cargo/Logistics/Warehouse/Distribution Center Industry.
· Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
· Must be in good physical health to be able to lift heavy objects up to 50 lbs, stand and walk for long periods of time.
· Experience driving electric cherry pickers and seat down forklifts.
· Good organizational and time management skills.
· React with sense of urgency to solve problems and look for ways to improve and optimize operational inefficiencies.
· Must be able to multi-task different assignments.
· Ability to work independently and exercise initiative.
· Be able to read and understand written messages in English.
· Must be able to work overtime hours if needed.
· Valid driver’s license.
· US work authorization.
· High school degree or equivalent.
· Must pass pre-employment drug test and be willing to provide a police background check.
Preferred Skills:
· Experience in Magaya System a plus.
· Experience driving Reach Trucks a plus.
· Experience in Bonded, Import/Export, FTZ and domestic merchandise a plus.
· Fully bilingual - Ability to write & speak fluent Spanish and English a plus.
· Ocean/Air Export/Import experience a plus.
· Receiving experience, a plus.
Additional Notes: Must be willing to work as a team and help with any other task required by management.
Schedule: 8-hour shift / Full-time M-F 8:00am to 5:00pm – Some overtime available From 5-7pm and weekends.
