Minimum Qualifications:

• Reliably commute to and from the facility
• Ability to communicate effectively
• Ability to lift 5lbs. to 50lbs throughout a shift as needed
• Ability to walk, sit, or stand for extended periods
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Willingness to learn

Preferred: previous warehouse experience

Responsibilities:

• Pick various items and pack them as directed.
• Ensure that the shipments are inspected.
• Preserve a safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet areas, and workstations neat.
• Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules, and regulations.

Merit Logistics is looking for highly motivated individuals to join our growing team! This position's schedule is 1st shift: 7 AM - 3:30 PM Monday - Friday. This full-time position is responsible for picking various products, and packing the various products as directed for various shipments. This position may utilize heavy equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks to complete assigned tasks.
