Warehouse & Packing Assistant

We are looking for a candidate to take over Shipping and Receiving responsibilities, along with warehouse responsibilities (keeping track of inventory, reporting on products and packaging, stock levels, assisting with production)

We are looking for someone who is dependable, hard working, pays attention to detail, and does their job well with minimal supervision and guidance needed. We operate as a family unit with a "no job is too small or too big” mindset. The ideal candidate will have experience with packing orders, receiving shipment/stock, and inventory upkeep. Training is provided.

MUST HAVE A VALID DRIVER'S LICENSE AND VEHICLE (Traveling to NYC once to twice a week is required)

Responsibilities

• Prepare and complete orders for Shipping (storing materials, picking, packing, scanning orders load, pack, wrap, label, ship)
• Receive and process warehouse stock products (pick, unload, label, store)
• Perform inventory controls and keep quality standards high for audits
• Keep a clean and safe working environment and optimize space utilization
• Assist with packing wholesale, online orders, and phone orders daily
• Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and coworkers
• Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules and regulations. MUST be able to take direction and follow outlined procedures and systems already in place.

Skills Able to learn quickly and adapt to changing situations

• Good organizational and time management skills
• Ability to lift heavy Boxes / objects
• High school degree
