You will be responsible for customer satisfaction as well as financial performance for all locations within your region. You will help define the strategic direction and be responsible for implementing the changes within the business as well as having a direct impact on the future of the business. Ensure operational excellence in all business areas. Lead opening of new BAL airport locations/deployments within region. Develop good relationships with higher level airport and concessions contacts.
Develop current GM line reports and future talent. Responsible for implementation of corrective action plans within region. Responsible for financial performance of locations within region.
Demonstrated use of data to complete quantitative analysis. Find opportunities to increase contract scope. Proficient in all BAL systems and processes.
Minimum of 5 years' experience in multi-unit management preferred. Bachelor's or associate degree preferred. Requirements Minimum of 5 years' experience in a directly related industry (logistics/airport/airline/transportation).
Excellent written and oral presentation skills. Ability to travel approximately 4 days a week, 3 weeks a month to airport locations. Demonstrated team building skills to include hiring, employee development, coaching and performance improvement.
