Summary of Position:
Direct the workflow and needs of the operations staff in different areas including embroidery, warehouse, shipping, receiving & heat seal while working in conjunction with CICs. Be flexible with learning functions within departments in the office, such as supporting Customer Care or Logo Coordination.

Some of the other key responsibilities of this position are:
- Follow standardized work chart functions for Team Leads in each area of operations.
- Direct the train associates on operations processes and equipment.
- Manage team functions and Standardized Workflow Chart processes in the area you are assigned for that day.
- Behave, speak, and respectfully treat others while watching and directing workflow.
- Ensure the One-Piece Flow process is followed.
- Evaluate associates to provide help with improving and/or correcting performance and behavior.
- Provide input to the manager on annual performance reviews.
- Performing transactional functions in the Operations departments such as routing, inventory adjustments, generating cycle counts, restocking, and e-com clean up, in addition to tasks within the Staging, Receiving, and Test Center.
- Enter orders in the AX system.
- Support Ecomm Department with multiple tasks in getting orders to production.
- Support Logo Coordination and Customer Care with gathering data and processing orders.
- Work with Supervisors, CICs, and/or managers on assigned projects to create continuous improvement or meet target goals.
- Increase leadership skills and various tasks to allow you to progress to the next career level.
- Perform additional duties as the position evolves or as assigned.
Qualifications and Requirements:
1. Need a High school diploma or GED
2. Five (5) years of experience working in a leadership position.
3. Three (3) years of experience working in a production or operations-related role.
4. The candidate needs excellent problem-solving capabilities, and the ability to manage multiple priorities such as lifting product boxes or other Operational functions.
5. Must be able to direct others and work without direct oversight.
6. Willing to perform or learn how to view work areas to offer improvement for eliminating waste.
7. LEAN knowledge is a plus
8. Will need a proven ability to work well with others and good verbal and written communication skills.
9. Need the skills or capability of learning Microsoft products such as Microsoft Email, Word and Excel, and AX.
10. Will need to be available to work overtime, which may include the weekends.
11. This position is categorized as Safety Sensitive.
